Welcome to Metapolitans, a Play to Mint Metaverse and cryptocurrency project (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the platform, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these terms of service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the platform.

Services

Metapolitans provides a virtual world where users can create, share, and trade unique digital assets using our proprietary token, Metapolitans (“MAPS”). Our decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) will govern the use of MAPS and facilitate transactions within the Metaverse, creating a fair and transparent economy.

Fees and Payments

There are no fees for accessing or using the platform. However, users may be required to pay fees to access or use certain features or services within the platform, such as buying or selling digital assets. These fees will be clearly disclosed to users at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable.

Rules of Conduct

Users are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner when using the platform. Any conduct that is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to the community may result in the termination of a user’s account. Examples of inappropriate conduct include, but are not limited to, harassment, bullying, spamming, or posting offensive or illegal content.

All content and materials on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Metapolitans or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to use any content or materials on the platform for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of Metapolitans.

Disclaimer of Liability

Metapolitans is not responsible for any losses or damages that may arise from the use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or any other damages. Users are solely responsible for their own actions when using the platform, and agree to indemnify and hold Metapolitans and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the platform.

Changes to the Terms

Metapolitans reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and will post any updates on this page. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be governed by the laws of the Caymen Islands.
